What You’ll Do:

As an Underwriting Associate, you will be a vital support system for our Life underwriting team. Your work will ensure that policies are processed accurately, efficiently, and with the care our policyholders deserve. Responsibilities include:

Reviewing applications and documents for compliance with underwriting guidelines.
Processing policy changes, corrections, endorsements, and reinstatements with precision.
Communicating professionally with agents, clients, and internal departments to resolve questions and maintain policy integrity.
Supporting software migrations and special projects, including data validation and cleanup.
Assisting with policy issuance, conversion processes, and general correspondence.
Contributing to a positive team culture through collaboration, cross-training, and knowledge sharing.

What You Bring:

A high school graduate or GED holder (required).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
A clear communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems and processes.
Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required.
Prior office or insurance-related experience is helpful, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.
