What You’ll Do

As the Regional Coordinator for the Southeast region, you will serve as the vital link between County Farm Bureaus and the state organization. You’ll champion our programs, foster relationships, and empower local leaders to strengthen membership, implement impactful initiatives, and support Missouri agriculture.

Key responsibilities include:

• Serve as liaison between County Farm Bureaus in the region and the state Farm Bureau.
• Motivate and assist counties in membership acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Guide County Farm Bureau officers and Boards of Directors in fulfilling their roles and responsibilities.
• Support counties in policy development, execution, and advocacy efforts.
• Assist with county budgets, growth programs, and implementation of commodity, marketing, education, and young farmer initiatives.
• Conduct leadership training and professional development for county leaders and office staff.
• Promote Farm Bureau Insurance and Brokerage Programs.
• Attend board meetings, county events, and community functions to build relationships and advance our mission.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with an agricultural background, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum of three years related experience in agriculture, member services, program management, or community engagement.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire others.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A valid Missouri driver’s license and willingness to reside in or relocate to the Southeast region.

Requirements to Succeed

• Ability to travel extensively during daytime hours, with frequent evening and weekend commitments.
• Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Demonstrated conflict-resolution, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to the values and mission of Missouri Farm Bureau.
