What You’ll Do:
As a Claims Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of claims professionals handling multi-line insurance claims across property, auto, casualty, and liability lines. This is a leadership role that combines personnel management with technical claims expertise. You will:
Oversee daily operations and performance of claims staff, including hiring, training, and coaching.
Provide technical guidance on complex and high-value claims.
Ensure regulatory compliance, accurate reserving, and high-quality customer service.
Participate in litigation strategy, catastrophe response, and vendor management.
Review and assign claims, monitor claim progress, and provide settlement authority as appropriate.
Handle escalated claims and customer concerns, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to department policy development, training initiatives, and technology evaluations.
